What data we collect and why

We collect only the minimum data necessary for the operation of this platform:

  • When you register as a member: your name and email address. No VAT, no address, no phone number is required unless you request a physical product or invoice.
  • When you visit the site: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, date/time). This data is anonymous and not linked to any individual.\
  • We do not collect health data. We do not collect data about your cannabis use, medical conditions, or consumption habits. Our content is educational in nature.
  • Legal basis for processing: contract performance (membership), legitimate interest (site security), and consent (newsletter, if applicable).

Age declaration

By registering on LIBERA HERBA, you declare that you are 20 years of age or older. If you are under 20, you may not use this platform.

How we use your data

To provide access to the platform and its content. To communicate with you about your membership. To send updates or newsletters, only if you have explicitly consented. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or for the technical operation of the platform (hosting, payment processing).

Data retention

Membership data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a maximum of 12 months after account closure. Newsletter consent data is retained until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact: privacy@liberaherba.com
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Sponsorship and advertising

LIBERA HERBA may display sponsored content or partner materials. Sponsors do not have access to your personal data. Sponsored content is always clearly identified.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members by email.
